I hate to supply the standard answer, but... vi!

man perlpod
This iwll teach you pod. It's VERY VERY easy, deliberately so.
Converts happily to many formats.
Or, dare I suggest it...
man 7 man
Learn the man(7) macro set and write real man pages.
And stay the hell away from info. It is evil beyond words. It had
some very limited use before HTML was common, but these days it is a
proprietry dinosaur.
