Uh...but doesn't that break man(1)? If so, it's worthless.
Extend man to read XML, cool. (BTW, "horrible groff/troff format"--bunky,
that's effectively the same as HTML. In-line markup language; anyone who
wrote *roff waltzed into HTML.)
*BREAK* man, just to introduce another markup, and it's a bad thing.
