I really can't offer any info on getting an internal to work under
linux. Unless someone pipes in (not sure if 'internal TI ADSL LAN adapter'
is sufficient to identify by anyone as potentially being supported) then
consider yourself stuck with ME. I have never seen, heard, touched, or
smelled ME, so I dont' know if it supports NAT, but know that lots of
products like wingate exist.
Personally, I'd pony up for the external. You will then be able to sleep
at night!!
