The Netscape restart problem might be due to a "shadow copy" in the system's
memory. I.e. after the crash Netscape still resides in the memory but you
won't see it on your desktop. Try 'ps ax |grep netscape' to see if you have it
hanging there. You can then kill the parasite with 'kill -12 PID_number_here'.
I've seen people running into problems after a Netscape upgrade. Sometimes it
helps to remove your .netscape directory in your home directory.
About your picture problem I don't have any ideas... Maybe you should try to
reinstall Netscape?
If you are running "out of the box" version of Linux you also should consider
fetching the updated Netscape RPM's from the RH's update site (at least for
6.2 -- don't know if there is any for 7.0 as I'm not running it).
