read /usr/doc/HOWTO/Ethernet-HOWTO under section 5.1.13. The card is semi
supported (at the time of the HOWTO's writing). There is no included
support in the Linux kernel source for the card you use. You need to get
the drivers from another source (which it lists).
It's always helpful to look through the HOWTO directory before doing much
else:)
