what client are you connecting from? win98? nt? you increase the size by
changing the filesystem that is shared out with samba. look in your
smb.conf file, which is probably in /etc. near the bottom of the file you
will find the exported directories. change one to a filesystem you have
that is larger than 50mb just to test out. are you running quotas by any
chance?? also, it would be helpful if you sent your smb.conf file for us to
take a look.
