Since my comment is short, I put it here: The message ID is invalid, but it's your best bet. Since you said that you get the EXACT same message repeated, what you should do is simply filter for that message ID... shouldn't be a problem. BTW, the invalid ID could be why you keep getting it; sendmail probably is having a problem clearing it due to the lack of a proper domain entry. It times out trying to clear it, and comes back to it after some time (your three weeks, I suppose... I'd have to check) to resend unsent/deferred messages. Since it couldn't clear it, it's resending it. Note, popsite might not be the offender here, it could be any mailer up the chain back to the original spammer, which would account for why you're getting nothing from them: they can't do anything about it (other than to turn off their anonymous remail... you should have more hops than this).
