These are valid headers for "delivery status notifications
(DSNs)". The spammers use them because they know you will
have to accept them per RFC1891, RFC1123 and RFC821. If you
do block them, you will never get a response for mail that
is undeliverable, or other problems that may arrive.

The best way is to filter the mail using one of numerous
packages available on the net. 

(Note: the above RFC's are readily available on the web...
just search using your favorite search engine).
