Yes, there is a commercial package of CDE for Linux too.  I just don't
know where you can get it, but may want to do a search in Red Hat's site.
I believe they used to sell it too.  Check this URL:

In any case, there is also a GPLd (I think) window manager that just looks
like CDE.  It is called XFCE:
