Screen shake

One of the minor problems that I have continually had with Linux (Redhat
6.1)
is that the right side of my screen shakes. Regardless of which windows
manager
I use it is the same.

This is a minor annoyance but something I would like to either get fixed or
atleast
understand why this is happening.

My video system is a MAG Innovision 1795, with  S3 Inc. Vision 968 (rev 0).

Any insight would be appreciated.
