Thanks in advance ...

I think the boot.img file on my RHL5.1 is corrupt. It hangs in both
standard and "expert" modes when I try to install 5.1. I borrowed
a 5.1 boot.img floppy from a friend that worked ok. I made the boot
floppy using:

  dd if=boot.img of=/dev/fd0 bs=72k

The "bs=72k" doesn't make any difference in the resulting failure.

Does anyone recall anything about a corrupt boot.img in a RHL5.1
distribution? I have the "PowerTools" release purchased 7/23/98
from a local university book store.

Can I download the 5.1 boot.img (for installation) somewhere?

Thanks,
