Yes, it can. Follow the instructions in the "Linux+NT-Loader" FAQ at
http://howto.tucows.com/ptHOWTO/mini/Linux+NT-Loader
Basically, you need to extract the boot sector image of an os, be it linux,
dos, window95 or whatever, and save to a file, then add an entry in NT
boot.ini to point to that file. It took me some time to get it to work
though.
