This is going to show my stupid newbieness, but regarding the below:

If you have two nics and two ip pools which are on the subnets of each nic.
Does the dhcp server not monitor both nics and assign an ip according to the
interface the request is on. If so you would not need two servers.

Can anyone provide insight?
