Occasionally, (I believe it happens when exporting submounts), nfsd
doesn't free it's socket when closing.  In order to start nfsd again you
have to *REBOOT*.

I've gone back to userland nfsd because of this problem.  Also, I liked
the ability to export trees with submounts, which knfsd doesn't do
AFAICT.
