Umm, your MIDI keyboard is what is supposed to be doing the playback if
you are trying to play stuff to external MIDI. I should hope it is hooked
up already... :)

If you are trying to play stuff through your AWE32's internal synthesizer,
that is a totally different problem. You'll have to do some creative
RTFM'ing for that one.
