OK, can anyone help on this. I have sendmail set up so that it uses my ISP as a smarthost and, when logged into the ISP, that works great. BUT, when on my network and NOT logged onto my ISP it attempts to send mail to the smar host via the work network which fails - my ISP will not accept connections to its mail host like that!! So how do I stop sendmail attempting to route mail unless a specific route to my ISP is established?
