IIRC, the cxi series of printers are WinPrinters. All the hard work
is done by the windows box, not the printer (stupid stupid stupid).
If that is the case, chances of it working out of the box are about
nil. I do believe someone has written a driver that can drive _some_
win printers, but I forget who and where.
