Try 'lpr' (make sure you have the printer set up.  Use the control panel
to do this).

Don't think there is.  Check out emacs and xemacs (no holy war please :). 

If you want to use a Window Manager that'll make the transition easier for

You could always use symbolic links (check out 'man ln').  KDE allows you
to do this just by dragging and dropping (see http://www.kde.org).

Edit your /etc/fstab file.  If you wan't your dos partition mounted at
boot, you'd add a line like:

/dev/hda1                 /C:                       vfat   0 0 0

(where hda1 is your dos partition).  This'll mount the partition under
/C:, so make sure you have a directory /C: (mkdir /C:).
