up2date -d should download anything shown by up2date -l. Just for grins and giggles, try up2date -p to update the package list with rhn, then try the up2date -l to see what packages are available. Then try up2date --dry-run to see what all is actually going to be downloaded, then try up2date -d to see if it is all actually downloaded.
