Anyone running a helpdesk on Redhat? We're using a commercial product
right now (on windoze) that is both expensive and a lot of work to
manage. It has it's pluses, but it's getting to be an even bigger pain
the longer we stay with it.

So I'm interested in an alternative, preferably something on Linux using
MySQL, postgresql, etc on the backend. I've searched an found quite a
few, both open source and pay for including:
Issue-Tracker
BestPractical
SupportWizard

Any have experience with any of these or any others for that matter? In
three years we have about 90K tickets, so whatever it is, it would have
to handle that kind of load, which I don't think is that big.

Any input is appreciated. Thanks,
James
