First install spamassassin with the rpm and then install MailScanner. Go
to MailScanner's website (i think it's www.mailscanner.info) to get more
info.

Also, try joining the mailscanner mailing list. The listees there are
generally more than happy to help new users. You'll get much better info
from that list than from here.
