The problem lies not in the installation. Simply installing SA will not give you any trouble. The trouble is how you choose to use SA. If you just mark it and pass it through to the user, then that is probably fine to start off with, but if you want to filter the high scoring stuff out and pass through the rest, it can be give and take and expect to lose a few emails here and there.
