download it -- if in a graphical browser, it is usually 
shift-left-click to pop us a download box.  Save it.  
in a terminal window use:   chmod +x  (whatever-you-saved-it-as)
and then ./(whatever-you-saved-it-as)

all done -- .rpmmacros updated and build tree directories set 
up.
