my name is mangesh joshi and i am relatively new to linux learning linux for the last five months.I have a few querries and i would be grateful to you if you answer my querries.
1)whenever we create a new partition on a running system we need to restart the computer to make the kernel read the new partition.i want a way to make the kernel read the new partition without rebooting the system.
2)i want a way to bypass the username and password entry while logging in RHL 8.
3) this third querry relates to the dynamic update of DNS records through DHCP.I specified the allow client-updates and ddns-update-style=interim in dhcpd.conf file,acl directive in named.conf and the allow update directive in all the zone records of named.conf file.but this configuration is not working.please tell me the way to make the correct configuration.
4) please tell me a good book or a web resource for bash shell scripting.
5)please tell me good documentation for ppp configuration.
6) please tell me the ways to make the linux system unbootable since i am preparing for the RHCE exam.
