Everything on the box is identical to what it was a year ago. The migration from 6.2 to 7.3 only happened beginning of this year and nothing was added to or removed from the system, just the OS got replaced (clean install).

It doesn't seem to have any rhyme or reason why it crashes. It's not under high load when it does, there's nothing in the logs that indicate a problem, it just....quits. The time of the crashes aren't in sync with anything that's periodically running either (like a crontab).

does it just shutoff and starts rebooting? i had a similar instance where i had a power failure (bad power supply) and another instance where i had to change the mother board. just my .02
