This is exactly what I've been thinking all through this thread...where is
the list owner in all of this?  I'm surprised Redhat hasn't jumped all
over this.

While I appreciate that the intention was correct I see absolutely no
reason why an individual list subscriber should be running any type of bot
on Redhat's lists.

I just think it's a very bad practice to get into.
