1. the kernel be 2.0.33 or higher, and GNU C libraries be 2.0.6 or higher.
2. Kernel parameters are set to a certain limit for Oracle.. parameters
are:
SHMMAX, SHMMIN, SHMSEG, SEMMNS, SEMMNI, SEMMSL
