We found that the CDE screen-saver (admittedly, not a particularly vital component of
anything these days) was completely non-functional, and apprised Xi's tech support of
this. We were promised a prompt reply. That was weeks ago, and we've since heard
precisely nothing from them. This is typical of the software industry, is it not?
