Hmm.. I'm currently thinking about upgrading from my Matrox Mystique
to a Matrox Millenium II... Is it really un-usable under xfree? even the
latest version? The support for the Mystique isn't 100% but I get by fine
and I thank them ppl at Xfree for supporting it.. I guess I can put up with
slightly dodgy display as long as its still 100% usable.. after all... as
a fairly new bloke to Linux.. I'm used to things not working 100%.. if I
actully configured something that was 100% I don't know if I could cope with
it ;)
I use NT as my main OS (with 95 stuck on a partition for when the
urge to play games takes me ;) and I spend an awful lot of money on it.. I
don't feel that I can justify spending money on another OS at the moment..
thats one of the great appeals of linux.. its virtually free so ppl have got
no excuse _not_ to use it!
