I agree that the community could do it, but the point is that RH should. 
Currently, according to the email that was sent, every version up to 8.0 will 
die Dec. 2003. This just seems like the kind of TTL policy a much larger, 
more domineering company would do (hint, hint). I understand rolling off 
older versions as you move forward, but RH is dropping everything but the 
latest release starting Dec. 2003. That's rediculous and hopefully the 
community will respond. I use RH, own RH stock, I believe in RH, but this is 
a stupid move.  It ignores the many valid reasons why some choose to stay a 
version or two behind the bleeding edge.
