Hi,

I've got exactly the same message on a RH5.0 proxy with two DEC Tulip
cards. But my proxy has no performance problem. I posted a message about
that in this list, but received no answer.

I've got the slow FTP problem too, on another RH5.0 box with a NE2000
compatible card. Its syslog says :
"eth0: timeout waiting for Tx RDC."
It's slow with linux and M$ clients...
