Personally speaking, in my opinion, command-line Unix is much more
usable than command-line DOS is. Nevertheless, it seems that all
else being equal, if a newbie ends up at a DOS prompt it is OK, and
perceived to be even easy to use by the unwashed masses, but
if they end up at a Unix prompt, God help them.
