Yupe, but as a norm, it is advisable to enter the ip of your secondary
nameserver as well. Do key in your hostname too! All these data will be stored
in /etc/resolv.conf

The default configuration for apache is such that http://localhost/~userid/
refers to the files in /home/userid/public_html/ so what you would need to do
is to create a user account for all of your users, and ask them to put their
web pages (HTML files) into the directory ~/public_html/
