I don't have an answer, but I have been having the exact same problem for
quite sometime now.  No one has offered a solution that works.  Please let
me know if you figure this out!  I haven't had time lately to hammer on
it, but if I get to it and find an answer, I'll let you know!  Are you
running a firewall?  I don't think that should affect it, but I'm running
FWTK....
