I am want to upgrade redhat v4.2 kernel-2.0.30 to 2.0.32. Must the
kernel-modules-2.0.32-i386.rpm be installed priot to kernel install?
If I do rpm -i kernel-2.0.32-2.i386.rpm I get the following:
failed dependencies:
/bin/sh is needed by kernel-2.0.32-2.i386.rpm
initscripts >= 3.0 is needed by kernel-2.0.32-2 rpm
