Hi all,
I used "fips" to shrink my Win95 partion and then installed
RedHat 5.0 (2.0.31) on my generic laptop. Everything went fine and works
great. I have a small problem : I can't mount my Win 95 partition
as "vfat' and "fdisk -p" reported that my Win95 partition is
of type "unknown" (I have added a proper entry in
/etc/fstab for my win95 partitio). My questions are:
- how can I change the type from "unknown" to "vfat" so that
Linux recognizes it (without destroying my w95 data)?
- If not, what else can I do to mount my win95 under Linux?
Thanks a lot for any info/help/comment.
