Any verbiage after "public domain" is purely advisory. So judge --
either it has absolutely no impact and can be ignored, or the text is
dangerous. I cannot decide.
I love the misuse of the word detriment. Let me translate it that
part of it:
"We make this dedication for the benefit of the public at large
and to harm our heirs and successors."
