firefox does not download files after setting it in french

Hello

After putting firefox in french in the setting windows, I can't download 
anymore a file, it still display html file.

I don't know if it is a bug comming with openbsd version or it is in 
vanilla. If I posted in the bad ML, I'm sorry.
