I want to try MSHV (http://lz2hv.org/mshv) FT8 ham radio software on OpenBSD and this requires ALSA library (it is an idea that rewriting with sndio, but it looks difficult). And, alsa-utils and alsa-plugins are also needed to use alsa-lib.
