node 16 port, or we can drop the node-pledge building dance altogether:
Without the patch for src/env.cc, you can't "require('node-pledge')".
Given the amount of work you're putting into ports and me being a
newbie, it's mostly symbolic, but: I'd be happy to maintain that.
