Shall we patch
#include "rnnoise.h"
to
#include <rnnoise.h>
?

Then the demo could be compiled directly with
$ cc -I/usr/local/include/ -L/usr/local/lib -lrnnoise 
/usr/local/share/examples/rnnoise/rnnoise_demo.c
