I did a few changes to the battery.svgz for the air theme. What do you think? Now we can have 10 equal steps (the lowest probably colored red and the second-lowest yellow) which is a bit more accurate. And also given that the plasma progress bar is continuous since 4.9, it's also more consistent not having blocky battery percentage :-)
