and how to anchor it? The current code just uses:

    PlasmaCore.FrameSvgItem {
        id: background
        anchors.fill: parent
        imagePath: "dialogs/background"
    }

and I honestly have no idea how I should do it now. Also how does it affect
the non-composited case?
