i have to ask: is it really not apparent that this is something i both acknowledge and agree with? at this point there are two rather different conversations happening here: one about whether it's a good feature in concept and one about whether it's possible to deliver that feature in a way that doesn't diminish things through the side effects of delivering untrustworthy information. the former is something we have general agreement on. no arguments. the latter is something that those who like to this feature in plasma are apparently not particularly interested in acknowledging, let alone discussing. repeating over and over the points we agree on does not avoid the requirement that we address the hard questions and will not wear me down so that i just relent and go "oh well, go ahead, i can't be bothered anymore." -- Aaron J.
