Yes, the tech support has been slow lately. I'm told
they are receiving an unforeseen amount of inquiries with
the release of the Freedom line due to the large number
of non-Unix savvy users trying to use the new line.
I'm also told that they are in the process of beefing up
there tech support dept. to handle the additional load.
After complaining to my service rep about this he now
takes my support inquires and moves them directly
into an accelerated queue so we can get quicker responses.
I was told the freedom line will not replace the old
Vserver lite, pro, merchant line. But your right about
the flexibility in the lower end product.....
