The new accounts are the Freedom accounts. Great setup,
speed, functionality. Pricing is competitive-ish too.

VServers have been bought by HostPro and I have to say that
the level of service has gone down considerably since the move.
VServers had 24/7 support and I think the longest it ever actually
took to get something done (not just hear back from them) in the
9 months or so that I've been with them was about an hour.

HostPro is currently running at around the 24-72 hour mark.
Definite culture shock. The premium that I was happily paying
for VServers is starting to lose it's value to me - especially seeing
the Freedom accounts (which AFAIK will replace the VServer
line of products) are lacking some of the flexibility in the lower end
accounts that was present in the previous setups at the same
price point.
