They mostly suck, but seem to succeed in repairing equipment. When I got thrown into the water with my 15-30 and it would no longer autofocus, it was sent back as unrepairable, I wasn’t charged, but it was working. It’s almost as if someone realized it was just a loose connection and ticked the unrepairable box so I wouldn’t get charged $300. When the shutter on my K-1 crapped out last summer, it was gone for like 2 months, waiting on parts, but that could be a pandemic issue. > > I still have the original Ricoh Pentax K-1 box.
