Nice raptor catch, Paul.
I can't get at my saved images at this
time and my field guide does not 
show the underside of the included Bald, but I'd be surprised to find solid 
white on or under a Bald even if just
approaching maturity. With the 
number I've seen in the wild along
with the couple dozen my pro friend,
Brian Shul, has displayed and those he has sent to me for comment, I
can't help but doubt the one you shot is a bald. If not, so what? Still a good 
good size raptor that may be a non
typical Bald.(?)
