Meg and I spent much of yesterday at the local stop of the triennial Tall Ships Challenge. I am not sure what the Challenge involves, but for us it was a day amidst vast throngs gawking at sloops and schooners and one galleon and one Norwegian Viking longboat. A long line to get into the venue, even longer lines to get aboard any of the vessels so we passed on that. ’Twas a good day.
