Manfrotto a few products. Manfrotto #135, Bogen #2900 "Super Clamp" Manfrotto #296, Bogen #3287 "Photo Clamp" Manfrotto #349, Bogen #3424 "Column Clamp" (which looks most similar to what you're looking for) I didn't pay much attention to size & weight. You might find them all too big and heavy. You can see pictures at www.manfrotto.com under products, then select photo tripods, then general accessories.
